A. One has to sign-in to see the videos. Only after payment of one of our partner certification, one can see the complete relevant videos.

Q. What type of computing environment do I need for this course?
A. You need to have a computer running one of the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows, version XP or greater (XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 and 10); Apple OS X, version 9 or higher; most distributions that have been released within the past two years should work.

Q. Do I need to pay for this course separately?
A. Although the cost of this course is mentioned for each program, however, it is free for all our candidates who have enrolled with one of our partners. Once the payment of the certification is completed, you will receive a mail with log-in credentials along with the link to the FinacneSkool.

Q. How do new users Sign-in?
A. Only candidates appearing for one of our partner certifications have access to the FinanceSkool Online Learning Platform. New users can sign-in by clicking on the link enclosed in the email provided by our partner.
Q. What should I do if I forget my password?
A. Click 'Forget Password', on the sign-in page of the FinanceSkool. Enter your registered email id, you will be sent the link to reset your password with your registered email address. In case your problem is not yet resolved, please contact the Support Team at learn@financeskool.com

Q. How can I resume where I left off after being interrupted?
A. Once you click on the chapters you would like to continue; our program is designed to resume from where you have previously left off. You can also mark your content file incomplete; in case you want to continue later.
Q. Is the content available in other languages?
A. The content is currently available only in English.
Q. Are my courses updated regularly?
A. Yes, the course content is in accordance with the most recent trend in the market and is updated regularly.
Q. How to mark course incomplete?
A. Click on ‘Mark Incomplete’ at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen in the Module- Chapter content view page.
Q. Will I be able to interact with the course instructors?
A. No, this is a self-paced course, where the contents are prerecorded for students to proceed on their time, at a pace that suits their personal schedule. As a result, there are no opportunities to interact directly with the course instructors.
Q. Do we have a discussion forum for the course?
A. No, this is a self-paced course to support your learning.
Q. Will certificates be awarded after finishing all the course modules?
A. No, the FinanceSkool is not a certification provider, it is an Online Learning Platform designed to help learners get in-depth knowledge of the relevant course. It supports your learning; Completing the content will boost your confidence, and will help you prepare for your certification.
Q. How do I turn off my subtitles?
A. In the video, at the right-hand corner of the video seeker, click caption (CC), and select ‘OFF’ to turn off your subtitles.
Q. Is the course content downloadable?
A. No, the course content is copyright protected, therefore, it cannot be downloaded. To access the content, the student needs to have internet access.

Q. How do I check if a video module is complete?
A. In the dashboard- a reflection of 100% on the video module will indicate its completion.
Q. Do you offer a test/ evaluation of each course?
A. Yes, each video is followed by a quiz, to enhance and test your in-depth understanding of the video.
Q. I reviewed a course module in the Online Learning Platform, but the system is not registering my completion. How do I move on?
A. Be sure that you have opened and reviewed every page or slide of the course and seen all of the content of videos in the Online Learning Platform. Additionally, if there are interactive questions or assessments, be sure to complete those. The update depends on the speed of your bandwidth. A. The "FinanceSkool," is a self- paced learning program that is made available 24*7 once you make the necessary payments.
Q. For how long will the Online Learning Platform be available to me?
A. The validity of the Online Learning Platform is active until the applied credential is active.
Q. Can I extend the validity of the course?
A. Yes, the validity of the course can be extended, if you renew the given credential.
